The CPIU IFAD invites eligible consulting firms (“consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the services.

Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. Interested firms should fill the template for expressions of interest (as per model presented on CPIU UFAD website) and send it to the address indicated below.

Only companies that will be selected in the Short List (passing score is 70%) will be invited to submit the technical offer and the financial offer.

Expressions of interest (EOIs) must be delivered in written form using the forms provided for this purpose. EOIs shall be submitted to the address below no later 10 May 2022, 17:00 (Moldova Time).

The contractor will be selected for the period 2022-2027, with annual performance evaluation.
